Many weight loss courses I have encountered over the years did not cover maintenance at all so I found this chapter very valuable.
The information is organized very well and she stresses ways to accomplish your weight loss goals with gentle methods that don't disrupt your life abruptly. Let's face it, for your success the methods cannot be difficult or disturb your daily routines much or you simply won't do it. I find this realistic approach of hers very refreshing.
